Return | Refund | No Show Policy
1. No refunds for deposits, chimney sweep and \ or inspection services.
2. 20% Non refundable deposit is required for repairs (after measure).
3. No refunds when you order products, materials or parts.
4. 48 hour cancellation policy - Failure to cancel your appointment prior to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a $100 "no-show" or cancellation fee.

Pricing
*Prices vary from location and if your location is outside city limits, type of service, if the unit is a wood-stove, wood-insert or a gas unit. Prices are indicated in the provided estimate and are subject to change if the scope of work is outside what is indicated in the descriptions. Please contact our bookings department for more details.
Preparring for Service
Before your scheduled service, please ensure all areas to be services are accessible, and free of any fragile items (pictures, trinkets etc).
Limitations for Service
If our Technician has safety concerns with performing a task or service, it is their right and responsibility to refuse the work.
Sweep Only (No Inspection During a Chimney Sweep)
We strongly recommend that all units be inspected (additional fees apply). The Fire Code requires all solid fuel burning appliances be inspected at least annually, after any changes or after a chimney fire. If solely a sweep service is rendered (not recommended), your unit will not be inspected for any defects or compliance. Home Service Pro does not take any liability for any defects, non compliance of the unit during a sweep, as the technician will only sweep and not observe. Again, we strongly advise that the unit(s) be inspected at least annually.
Inspection Disclaimer
This inspection reports our observations of the inspected areas. In the case of 'Problem' results, these represent either a measured
deviance from Building Code, Fire Code, B-365, or Manufacturers Installation Requirements, or our opinion that some deviation exists. Where / if we report "OK" we cannot and

Our limited warranty is applicable to repair services only. The duration of the warranty will be provided in your estimate (if any) and is limited to the following:
- Warranty is on code compliant units only
- Annual inspection (minimum) service as required by the Fire Code must be rendered by Home Service Pro. Failure to obtain an annual inspection will nullify the warranty.
- No modification, alterations or abuse to the system. Any of these circumstances will nullify the warranty.
- Natural occurrences such as hail storms, damaging winds, house fire etc will not be warrantied.
- Warranty is on code compliant units only
- Annual inspection (minimum) service as required by the Fire Code must be rendered by Home Service Pro. Failure to obtain an annual inspection will nullify the warranty.
